Appearance | Hazy orange with a lingering, creamy head.

Smell | Citrus, pine, and spice from the rye.

Taste | Bitter citrus with notes of rye.

Aftertaste | Citrus zest with hints of pepper.

Overall | With the spiciness from the rye and the bold hop profile, this beer will appeal to all IPA enthusiasts as well as people who are new to the style.  The beer would pair well with spicy Thai food or tacos.
