Overall | Well, this ain’t your ordinary shark! From Bellwoods Brewery, this is Witchshark Imperial IPA.

From the bottle pours a clear copper colour with an off-white head that quickly dissipates and laces the glassware.  The aroma is piney, floral, and citrusy.  It’s robust with hops, pine resin, apricots, and bitterness.  By the way, I found the bitterness level to be medium-wise, but some may think it’s pretty bitter with the first sip.   It’s one of my favourite offering from Bellwoods, a mighty delicious one too.

Bellwoods Brewery is a must-visit when it comes to Ontario Craft Beer, and damn delicious beer that is.   You won’t be disappointed with anything from these guys.  One of the best breweries in Ontario today and it’s almost like a best kept secret that everybody knows.
