From Collective Arts Brewing,

Our ʻRhyme & Reasonʼ Extra Pale Ale showcases the very best hops have to offer, but at only 5.7% abv. It’s far more sessionable than your typical American IPA. The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish that will make you keep going back for more!

Appearance | Hazy yellow-orange body with white head that laces the glass.

Smell | Citrus, hops, and hints of pine.

Taste | Citrus, hops, pints, hints of bitterness, hints of malts, and orange zest.

Aftertaste | Citrus, refreshing, and lingering bitterness.

Overall | Rhyme & Reason Extra Pale Ale is a refreshing, light, and session-able brew.  It’s a great Pale Ale that will be a hit among the Ontario Craft Beer scene. It’s a easy drinking brew at 5.7%.  If you like Great Lakes Brewery’s Crazy Canuck, this brew is right up your alley.  There’s so many hops (Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe) in this single brew that makes it not so bitterness yet refreshing.   You could easily go through a six-pack without realizing it!
